FUNIKI – FAQ
We’ve kept it simple — just check our sizing chart before placing your order. Our fits are designed for comfort and style, so pick the size that feels right for you.
Every piece is made with:
- 100% French terry cotton (240 GSM, bio-washed)
- Double stitching for durability
- Premium printing techniques like puff print, screen print, and high-quality DTF print
Care instructions:
- Machine wash in cold water
- Air dry only (avoid using a dryer)
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron directly on the print
- Avoid using colored bleach
We currently deliver Pan-India.
Orders usually reach you within 10 working days from dispatch.
We’re a growing brand, so our policies are simple:
- Exchange available if the size doesn’t fit, within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- If the required size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note for future purchases
- Refunds are not available (we only process exchanges/credit notes)
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a size change or cancellation by emailing us. Once shipped, cancellations or changes won’t be possible.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on your registered email/phone number.

Refund & Return Policy – FUNIKI
Only for unused, unworn, unwashed items with tags intact. You’ve got 7 days from delivery to request a return/exchange. DM us on Instagram @funiki.in with your order details and photos of the item.
Once we get your return, we check the item and process your refund. Refunds go to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet). T akes 3-7 working days depending on your bank/payment gateway.
- Custom/limited edition drops.
- Sale/discounted items (unless damaged).
- Items without original tags or washed/used.
Same process as returns. If your desired size/design isn’t available, you can opt for a refund.

By ordering, you agree to these rules. Prices, stock, and designs may change - we update our site accordingly.
All orders processed securely through our payment partners. You’re responsible for accurate delivery info.
Pan India delivery. Usually takes 10 working days. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external issues.
All designs, graphics, logos, and content are Funiki’s property. Don’t copy, resell, or reuse without permission.

Funiki isn’t responsible for any indirect losses from using our website or products. We promise quality, but perfection online isn’t guaranteed.
